Multiswitch OPTICUM OMS 5/12 PRO TRQ PLATINIUM The multiswitch is designed for satellite DVB-S2 and terrestrial DVB-T2 television antenna installations. Gold-plated sockets significantly reduce signal loss at cable connections and prevent oxidation. The multiswitch automatically recognizes the type of signal to be transmitted to tuners. The installation should include connecting the multiswitch to a satellite dish with a diameter of at least 0.8m and a Quattro or Quad converter, as well as a terrestrial television antenna. The separation of satellite and terrestrial signals exiting the multiswitch is done using end user sockets. The multiswitch is powered by an external power supply, which eliminates the phenomenon of increased operating temperature, a common cause of device damage.
