Fast-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulation properties. Protects printed circuit boards and other components operating in harsh weather conditions against corrosion. The coating protects printed circuit boards from stray currents and short circuits. In mass production, the varnish can be applied by brush, dipping, or spraying. If the mixture is too viscous for spraying equipment, it can be thinned with a thinner. Exact component ratios must be determined individually. The product must be properly protected during storage. The varnish is prone to crosslinking. It creates a protective and insulating layer protecting against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, and chemical contamination; adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces; creates a coating resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, and atmospheric factors; soldering through the varnish layer is possible; prevents sparking and corona discharge; reduces inter-track breakdowns; does not change transparency and flexibility even after a long time; Operating temperature: -50°C to +150°C. Flash point: 380°C.
