The Cherry pitter is designed for quick and efficient separation of fruit from pits. A simple spring mechanism is key. Pour some cherries onto the pitter tray and gently guide them towards the groove, where they will roll directly under the mechanism. Press the pitter lever firmly, and the pit will fall into the internal container, while the pitted cherry will drop into your prepared bowl. This allows you to efficiently prepare cherries for compote, jam, or a simple snack. Afterwards, simply disassemble the pitter and wash it by hand for your next batch of cherries from your local market or garden.
