Warranty service terms

Defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer during the provision of warranty service shall be eliminated within the following time limits: 7-28 calendar days from the delivery of the product to the service performing warranty service. If the part required for warranty repairs has to be delivered from abroad or the product is delivered to the manufacturer, the warranty service period may be longer than 28 days. In all cases, the aim is to provide warranty service in the shortest possible time.
